Contact Guidelines

The following terms and conditions (the “Contact Guidelines”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Angel Wings LLC (“Angel Wings Insurance Solutions,” “Angel Wings,” “we,” or “us”) with respect to our process & policy for getting in contact with you after your submission of any form on https://angelwingslife.com/ (as defined in both Section 1 & Section 2 below)

Section 1:   Express Permission to Contact Via Email

By providing your email address you are giving your express written consent for ONLY a direct agent of Angel Wings LLC to contact you through the contact information you provide. You represent to us that you are the subscriber of the email address you provide to us and that we can contact you. Your consent allows us to contact you for any purpose, including to assist you with an application(s), follow up on a quote(s), provide a policy illustration, service your account, provide you with reminders, or provide you with marketing offers or promotions regarding our products or services and education/ideas that might interest you. This consent includes, but is not limited to, contact by manual email composition and/or automatic email software (used for convenience, timely response & service, and to prevent human error that can happen with manual email composition & delivery). You may revoke this consent at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any one of our emails. Or reply to the email with the message “unsubscribe”.

Section 2:   Express Written Consent to Contact via Phone Call & SMS/Text Message

By providing your phone number(s), you are agreeing to these terms: you are giving your express written consent for ONLY a direct agent of Angel Wings LLC to contact you via phone call & SMS/text message for any reason, including regarding assisting with an application(s), following up on a quote(s), providing a policy illustration, providing information about services & products, reminders, confirmations, and marketing of any kind, including offers, solicitations, and promotions.  This express written consent includes, but is not limited to, contact by manual calling & manual SMS/text message methods and/or automatic telephone dialing systems & automatic SMS software (used for convenience, timely response & service, and to prevent human error that can happen with manually dialing & manual SMS/text message composition & delivery). You agree that ONLY a direct agent of Angel Wings LLC may now or in the future, using any telephone number(s) you provide to us to contact you for any reason (even if your contact information is on the state or national DNC list), regardless of whether you incur charges as a result. You expressly agree that such consent is a material condition of any agreement with Angel Wings LLC and may not be revoked at any time for any reason. You agree that if you do not wish to receive further calls or SMS/text messages from Angel Wings LLC, you will notify us in writing at info@angelwingslife.com to cease any future phone calls, and click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any one of our SMS/text messages or reply to any one of our SMS/text messages with the response “unsubscribe” or “Stop” to cease any future SMS/text messages.
