- BMI that is no greater than 28.5
- Non-Tobacco/Non-Nicotine User is the only rating available for this health class and requires no usage for at least 5 years (If you meet all other preferred best health criteria but instead have no usage in the last 3 years, the best class & rating available will be Preferred Non-Tobacco; If usage in the last 12 months, Tobacco User must be selected on the previous tab & the best health class available will again be Preferred)
- Blood pressure 135/80 or better (Ages 18-60) 140/85 or better (Ages 61-70)
- Normal cholesterol levels
- No immediate family history of death from or the occurrence of cardiovascular disease (CAD), Cardiac Allograft Vasculopathy (CAV), or Familial Cancers (breast, colon, lung, ovarian, prostate, or melanoma) prior to age 65
- No personal history of a heart attack, stroke, or cancer
- No DUI/DWI or reckless driving in the last 5 years & no greater than 2 moving violations in the last 5 years
- No alcohol or drug abuse/treatment in the last 10 years
- No health conditions or related medications in last 2 years
